Shipping policy

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, North America (Canada and the United States), Australia and New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland, and select destinations across Asia (Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates).

We aim to process all orders within 1 week and ensure delivery is completed within 2-3 weeks. Our priority is to provide fast, reliable service and keep you informed every step of the way.

You have a legal right to change your mind. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for a full refund, no reason needed.

How it works:

1. Email us at vengastudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know you’d like to cancel/return
2. Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at vengastudios@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll sort out a repair, replacement, or full refund, including any return postage costs in this case.
